Responsible for sales management and introduce products
Continuously scanning the market searching for prospective serious clients or new projects promoting our products and building good clients’ relationship with prospective purchasers.
Proposing them to the reporting manager for approval in order to increase sales volumes and strengthen direct sales channels.
Performing regular site visits covering the whole area under his responsibility to achieve close monitoring for the fast market changes and report, in time, to the reporting manager to be analysed and act accordingly.
Fully responsible for following-up with his clients’ orders, payments and dispatches with sticking to company policies and procedures.
Inflow/outflow communication with clients most of the time to achieve effective client relationship.
Direct the sales either through products range or pricing perspective according to the company plans and targets, accordingly maximizing company revenue.
Facilitating clients’ registration procedures in assistance with sales operation team in order to push sales through customer satisfaction.
Report daily visits, weekly, monthly and quarterly on market situation including ongoing and prospective projects under his responsibilities and competitors’ prices to evaluate company position.
Maintain and support existing relationships with existing customer base providing superior technical sales support and training for sales team B2B and B2C
Maintains a high level of satisfaction with our industrial applicators
Promotes business development initiatives and provides corrective measures with poor performing accounts
Manages a series of complex sales cycles accounts issues and a proactive problem solving
Demonstrates sound technical knowledge of products processes and conveys that knowledge to applicators
Monitors usage of products and aids in specifying correct systems
Joins Sales team/direct reports & applicators on site walks and lends credibility to our costumers’ through edification and encouragement
Reviews leads for opportunities to bring on new Team members
Reviews leads and administers those leads to qualified applicators in a merit based fashion to help build stronger relation
