As Customers loyalty is important goals for successful companies. This unit aims to retain and develop a core customer base and to ensure the services that Hyperione provides are inline with what the customer wants.

 

Customer management is carried out by managing customers through all channels through which customer service management occurs; accordingly, the unit head will supervise on the CRM and Call-center to be sure the customer satisfactiction is always excellent. And to ensure that Hyperone is servicing customer in the best possible way. And sometimes deploy chatbots to correspond with customers.

 

A Customer Management head are also responsible for processing returns and handling customer complaints via email and social media.
