Job Description & Specification:

Job Responsibilities:

  • answering calls, taking messages and handling correspondence
  • manage the daily/weekly/monthly agenda and arrange new meetings and appointments
  • typing, preparing regular reports, correspondence, memos and forms
  • develop and maintain a filing system
  • file and update contact information of employees, customers, suppliers and external partners
  • organizing and servicing meetings (producing agendas and taking minutes)
  • make travel arrangements
  • prioritizing workloads
  • check frequently the levels of office supplies and place appropriate orders
  • undertake occasional receptionist duties
  • if more senior, training and supervising junior staff

 

Additional Remarks:

  • Company Activity: Freight Forwarding and Logistics Services
  • 6th of October city or giza residents are preferable because the company is based in Sheikh Zayed.
  • Working Hours: 9:00AM -5:00PM
  • Days Off: 2
