Develop and suggest Sales strategies, budgeting, full perception for effective business cycle for the company to increase the profitability and productivity.
Developing Short and long term sales goals in coordination with company sales objectives to generate new clients , retain existing clients
Ability to generate leads, build pipeline and sales forecasts.
Generate new business enhancing existing relationships with current clients to generate sales leads, sales opportunities, referrals, influence relationships and further network contacts that will result in Company sales revenue generation.
Responsible for working with the sales team to on-board and integrate new clients and developing existing clients relationships
Responsible for distributing the workload evenly to the sales team and supervising the day to day operations of their teams and making sure that motivation and performance are maintained
Responsible for Coaching , motivating all team beside new comers on Civil Aviation training relevant policies and procedures to achieve targets .
Monitoring team performance , calls quality and making one-one meeting to focus on or to discuss the strength and weakness points
Conducting performance evaluation for all Sales staff based on their KPIs and submitting monthly and quarterly reports on them to the Senior Management.
Motivating the sales team to get out the maximum effort and outcome from them
Prepare a Promotion plan for Sales team members based on their performance on a quarterly basis.
Suggest actions to improve Sales performance and identify opportunities for growth
Evaluating and measuring the quality of lead generation and report to the Marketing Manager
Build awareness and knowledge of the field of Civil Aviation in Egypt and study factors influencing Aviation Market.
Monitor and report on market and competitors Activities and provide relevant reports and information to the senior management.
Managing CRM and reviewing daily work reports.
Support the sales team meetings with potential clients in business meetings.
Submit monthly reports on the volume of Sales revenues achieved to the Senior Management
Job Requirements & Specifications :-
Bachelor Degree or equivalent
Experience from 3 to 5 years in such job role.
Successful previous experience as sales manager , consistently meeting or exceeding targets
Preferred Age from 35 to 40 years
Proven Ability to drive the sales process from plan to close
Presentable, high leadership skills, ability to prioritize among competing tasks .
Very good in English Language for both written and spoken
Skilled in Ms Office.
Excellent mentoring , coaching and people management skills
Ability to generate leads , build pipeline and sales forecasts
