One of premieregypt.com's main concerns is to protect the identity of its registered job seekers (i.e., their name, address, and the names of employers). premieregypt.com takes every possible measure to ensure that its job seekers are not recognized by their employers, colleagues, friends, or other associates, from the posted resume. This is achieved by undertaking the following: Allowing subscribing corporate recruiters to only search and view 'blind' resumes. A blind resume does not show a job seeker's name, address, telephone or e-mail, nor does it state the current or previous employers' names. Instead, the 'blind' resume describes current employers in generic terms (e.g., "large private sector construction company", "medium sized joint venture commercial bank", "well established leading home appliances trading company", etc.)When a corporate recruiter is interested in a particular 'blind' resume; he/she sends a message to the 'unidentified' job seeker, stating his interest in pursuing employment discussions. If the job seeker in question agrees to proceed (at this point the prospective employer's name and description is given) he/she can electronically indicate a positive response to the interested employer. Only then will the prospective employer have access to the candidate's current employer, and other private information. |
