Job description :
To lead Strategy formulation and execution for achieving growth & increasing in Width & Depth of Distribution for sustainable growth in the company for plastics industries - Egypt and to enhance customer delight by introducing high quality yet value for money products.
Preferred whom has sales experiences & background in Plastics / Packaging Industries.
To Identify Green Fields accounts for the Products and services of the company - Egypt and ensure that Sales Pipeline is Robust
To Manage existing customers.
To Engage with the Customers and B uild long term relationships.
Prepare Annual Sales Plan.
Work on increasing & growing sales.
To Build various channels to exhibit Products Services.
To Participate in various Conferences /Seminars.
To Identify Online Channels.
To Involve in any New Product Development.
To Generate Revenue in line with the Budgeted Sales.
To Generate Profitability to feed the B usiness.
Identify Gaps/Leakage in the Revenu e and recommend action Plan.
Ensure that APWS collections are as per the approved Plan.
To visit customers and give them quality time by sharing the product and company reputation available in market, to share other information which shall useful for their company business.
Exchange information other than business in day to day life activities which will bring them closer so as to build good and long lasting relations with them.
Bachelor Degree in Business Administration /Engineering with at least 10 years of Sales & Marketing in leading companies in Middle east, specializing in local & export sales.
Perfect in using MS – Office.
Ability to Read, Write & Speak English fluently.
