Job Description :-

1. Hotel & flight bookings;
2. Selecting articles written in the newspaper about the Bank objectives and achievements in EGYPT
3. Serving as a back-up in attending VCs as requested and writing down briefs on the subject presented;
4. Scanning business cards and creating a data base;
5. Serving as a back-up in writing down minutes during weekly staff meetings;
6. Preparing & pack-up couriers;
7. Meeting arrangements and preparing the related missions schedules;
8. Working on excel and word to fulfil Bank Task Managers’ requests;
9. Excellent typing skills in addition to doing some translation;
10. Participating in the preparation of Bank events & workshops;
11. Aiding new vendors to register on SAP, in collaboration with the headquarter;
12. Supporting Bank staff in filing and archiving;

Qualifications :-

1. Hold at least a Bachelor’s degree or its equivalent from a recognized university;
2. Have a minimum of five (5) years of relevant and practical experience in administration work;
3. Leadership; strong research capabilities; accuracy; attention to detail and problem solving;
4. Excellent organizational skills, ability to prioritization in its own program of work, ability to perform the tasks in a timely and effective manner;
5. Good interpersonal skills, team player and ability to establish and maintain effective working relations in a multicultural environment;
6. Competence in the use of standard Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, Access, PowerPoint, SAP and/or other integrated document management system).
7. Tact and discretion, for dealing with any confidential information;
