Job Descriptions:
• Strategically and participate in long-term planning efforts to improve delivery models, monitoring tools, support metrics and overall products quality in collaboration of the CMT (Sales director, F&A director, professional services director)
• This role provides the professional and strategic leadership for the organization and coordinates both internal and external resources to maximize project and program success.
• Oversees the coordination and completion of all aspects of assigned projects which often require considerable resources and high levels of functional integration.
• Responsible to lead projects to a successful conclusion by facilitating scope, managing customer expectations, monitoring day-to-day execution and ensuring the project is on schedule and within budget.
• Creates and maintains standard project management deliverables leveraging appropriate methods and practices to manage and control the project.
• Working closely with the CMT to achieve the requested business goals.
• Monitor Implementation lifecycle compliances and alert PS directors for any divinations.
• Create a framework to manage complex sets of bid management requirements.
• Maintain the latest project management standard forms and compliances, alert PS director for any divagations as well as recommend training needed to PM’s to reduce any competency gap.
• Lead the Project management teams to manage the testing & validation of the applications.
• Initiate and conduct formal contract conflict and dispute resolutions actions of the implementations, support and maintenance contracts.

Desired Skills:
• Related experience, with heavy emphasis on leading portfolio management and governance including experience in software delivery and infrastructure platforms.
• Strong knowledge of Project Management and IT concepts, strategies and methodologies and their application to business opportunities.
• Strong knowledge of program, process, and change management techniques; structured approaches to problem solving, decision making, and business strategy.
• Excellent organizational and leadership skills
• Excellent communication, interpersonal and presentation skills

Qualifications:
• Bachelor’ Degree in Computer Science or engineering.
• PMP


Additional preferred Qualifications:
MBA/ CMMI / Six Sigma and lean management
