Job description :

• Determines annual unit and gross-profit plans by implementing sales strategies; analyzing trends and results.
• Establishes annual sales forecast and objectives by analyzing current data and conducting market research.
• Improves sales volume, product mix, and selling price by keeping current with supply and demand, changing trends, economic indicators, and competitors.
• Develops and monitors a detailed business plan for the sales and marketing department.
• Builds and maintains effective working relationships with distributors, supplier and team members.
• Develops new point of sales and improve existing ones.
• Creates and implements effective sales promotions and offers that fit in with the overall objectives of the company.
• Completes national sales operational requirements by scheduling and assigning employees and following up on their work results.
• Maintains national sales staff by recruiting, selecting, orienting, and training employees, in collaboration with the HR Department.
• Maintains national sales staff job results by counseling and disciplining employees; planning, monitoring, and appraising job results.
• Maintains professional and technical knowledge by attending educational workshops; reviewing professional publications; establishing personal networks; participating in professional societies.
• Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
• Conducts training sessions for both internal staff and clients’ sales team members.
• Establishes and maintains close working relationships with other departments in the company.
• Works with other departments on resolving any production or logistical issues.
• Assists in resolving problems with end users and makes sure they are completely satisfied.
