Job description :

a. Lead the development of the company marketing strategy, including brand, category, communications, insight, pricing, product and promotions strategy
b. Conduct a full Marketing audit on the company core function and introduce new marketing techniques/methodology to the team
c. Direct stakeholder responsible in driving the overall Business strategy and Marketing strategy
d. To assign full responsibility for the management of the Marketing budget and be a stakeholder of the monthly and yearly P&L for the company
e. Develop the the company brand, including positioning and identity guidelines, and building awareness via advertising, communications/PR, and direct/online marketing
f. Develop and deliver the company promotional literature, brochures and website content
g. Build market analysis tools for the company such as google analytics and work closely in the analysis of the student feedback survey with the Operations Manager for both Arabic and English
h. Deliver customer engagement through dedicated communications activity
i. Deliver engaging and eye-catching POS, displays and merchandising on premises at the company and off premises
j. Manage all Digital marketing channels for the company -Facebook page, Instagram, Twitter, Linked Inn, You tube, Snap chat
k. Manage all external relationship with marketing agencies and all marketing stakeholders
l. Conduct SWOT analysis for the company using the Marketing mix
m. Manage and promote our products and services to Educational agents
n. Reactivate and build a new portfolio of agents internally in Egypt and externally internationally
o. To identify and plan with the Business Project Manager the local events that should attend
p. To identify and plan with the Managing Director the local events the company should attend
q. Attend International Marketing and Business Development events outside of Egypt
r. Build a marketing department and create sub departments (Digital Marketing for example)
