Job description :

• Preparing and organizing the outgoing and incoming mail & e-mail, and distributing it to the concerned departments.
• Professional in using e-mail, Internet networks and Microsoft office.
• Organizing and supervising departments, and distributing jobs to them.
• Aggregation Administrative and technical reports of the organization departments, and make recommendations to the CEO.
• Organizing the CEO\'s appointments, meetings and daily activities
• To carry on the responsibilities & activities on behalf of the CEO if he isn’t available.
• Inquiring about books from the publisher\'s websites, Internet generally
• Requesting quotations and ordering books from publishers.
• Handling the files system, and filing many types of documents Faxes, Emails and invoices.
• Supervising and arranging the Air & Sea freight shipments with UK & USA forwarders
• Making accommodation and flights reservation required for Egypt and abroad.
• Arranging appointments and meeting with publishers through International book fairs
