Job description :
Assist the Payroll and personnel manager, personnel and the Coordination in the administration.
Responsible for issuing the contracts for new clients and follow up the contracts renewal for all clients.
Issuance all of the offers to the clients and prepare the tenders in participating with the marketing team.
Daily tracking client\'s requests related to contracts, modifications or additions by coordinating with the department manager.
Tracking the daily correspondence and emails of the Department Manager and coordinate the appointments schedule and the telephone.
Prepare the job offers for new employees according to client\'s requests.
Follow up all of the administrative Requirements of the department and some of the department tasks.
Issuance of the Salaries letters, warning letters, penalties and experience certificates.
