Job description :
1- Prepare form (1,2,6) for each employees.
2- Follow up the social insurance Check (social insurance – health insurance - Emergency aid first month).
3- Prepare report for the work permits and accommodation.
4- Follow up the investigation for the company employees.
5- Send email to premier specialist to prepare the job offer.
6- Send report of the signing contracts schedules with the new temporary employees.
7- Send emails to the concerning person at the company to add or delete any of the temporary employees from resignations, hiring or overtime hours.
8- Review the monthly payroll and correct any errors to send emails to the company Manager.
9- Follow up opening accounts for the employees.
10- Follow up receiving bills from the company with the finance department.
11- Follow up the bills of the health insurance company and review it.
12- Follow up Cairo Specialist Hospital bills.
13- Follow up Al Borg lab bills.
14- Follow up Payroll bills.
15- Send the new hire to the medical insurance Company.
16- Send the resignations to the medical insurance Company.
