Job description :
1- Monitoring the staff in the salary system and in applying the tax segments, the annual increase in insurance and exemptions.
2- Implement the full session of the salaries in the scheduled time to each customer.
3- Clarify and explain any private updates in insurance taxes segments.
4- The annual assessment of the department staff.
5- Coordinate between the department Manager and the staff to inform them about any new decisions that will organize the work in the department.
6- Ensure on applying insurance rates according to the law.
• Preferable experience in Personnel Department & knowledge of \\\\\\\"Labor law, Social insurance & Income Taxes\\\\\\\".
• Fluent in English (Preferable English School / University )
