Job description :

1 - Fully responsible for issuing and renewing the foreign work permits (daily).
2- Coordinate the collection work between the supervisors and Finance department (weekly).
3- Follow up all of the external Purchases and Cooperate with the concerning departments (weekly).
4- Follow up Maintenance and vocational work with the employees and the external companies (monthly).
5- Coordinate the parties and the outings with the clients (monthly).
6- Submit the monthly report of the employee tasks that already accomplished during the previous month (monthly).
7-Renew the foreign work permits (annual).
8- Follow up the issuance and the renewal of the work and tourism visas for the company employees (annual).
9- Organize the trips and Resorts for the workers Funded by Personnel services Society (annual).
