Job description :
1- Prepare form (1) for each new employee.
2- Follow up the employee within the first three months through his work (administration) to check if he will continue or not.
3- In case of not continuing the Preparation of form (6) and disclaimer from his work (administration).
4- Follow up the employee who\'s reached the pension age to prepare the service termination decision for reaching the legal age and doing the necessary procedures for the termination.
5- Prepare annual and semi-annual report to evaluate the employee\'s performance of the work assigned to him.
6- Prepare any requested reports and statements related to the employee.
7- Interviewing the responsible in inspection of manpower and insurance offices with the Head of the concerning Department.
8- Prepare the personnel files.
9- Follow up employees transfer from one branch to another.
10- Dealing with a medical insurance company.
11- Do any other work assigned to him by the direct manager, not conflicting with the company\'s policy.
