Job description :

• Performing daily payroll department operations.
• Managing workflow to ensure all payroll transactions are processed accurately and timely.
• Reconciling payroll prior to transmission and validating confirmed reports.
• Understanding proper taxation of employer paid benefits.
• Processing correct calculations and compliance.
• Executing time and attendance processing and interface with payroll.
• Processing accurate and timely year-end reporting when necessary.
• Updating and reconciling monthly bank statements.
• Loading import files received from HR (All Companies).
• Researching and emailing appropriate audience of file issues.
• Reviewing, analyzing and checking payroll forms and reports for accuracy and making necessary adjustments or corrections.
• Completing appropriate forms for special wage/salary payouts and adjustments or to correct or balance a special situation.
• Compiling and analyzing payroll data, makes recommendations and determinations and prepares related reports.
