Job description :
1- Maintaining proper operation of all internal and third party business applications.
2- Providing assistance and support to all users of business applications, responding to their queries and requests within company policies and procedures.
3- Manage and monitor Active Directory, File Server, office 365, UTM, Routers, Switches, Firewall, and connectivity.
4- Provide daily assistance, help-desk support and first level trouble shooting and problem solving to internal business applications (i.e. ERP system)
5- Provide advice and training to end-users.
6- Monitor and respond quickly and effectively to incidents and requests.
7- Escalate calls to IT Manager upon determination that problem exceeds level of experience.
8- Install, configure and administer applications components and manage user access permissions on them.
9- Develop queries and reports.
10-Manage and monitor database backups.
11- Liaise with vendor support on all issues.
