Years of Experience from 7 to 10 in same field
Achieving sales target, product mix, and selling price by keeping current with supply and demand, changing trends, and competitors
Building a good relationship with Specifies such as Applicators, Architects, Contractors and also consultants
Work with sales leadership to generate ideas for sales contests and motivational initiatives. Lead and schedule weekly and/or monthly team meetings with sales team and leadership
Drive improvements in the technical sales process and organization operation to increase the effectiveness and efficiency of both sales and operations teams.
Responsible for researching and driving business in new market segments, with a heavy focus on government targets by providing technical support
Compliance and implementation of the functional strategy in line with company’s vision & mission along with the consistent developing of technical sales plan with actionable steps to attain revenue goals.
Monitoring overdue and credit receivables follow up with designated accounts to meet the set target.
Sharing technical knowledge from material suppliers in order to abreast the technology development.
controlling the performance of sales team threw reporting system &individual client visits.
