Job description :
Job Purpose & Objectives: To provide secretarial support to the engineering team and working in liaison with the Construction ~ Project Manager and Accounting 2 Tasks & Key Result Areas:
Provide full secretarial, admin support to the project team to ensure the smooth running of the project operations
Develop and maintain document control processes for the efficient management for recording and tracking of all documents for the project
Take minutes of meeting and maintain records for the operations and project team with regards to progress, schedule…etc.
Perform data-entry, recording, printing and filing duties
Coordinate travel arrangements, hotel accommodation, visa arrangements for executive management as needed with the head office 3 Responsibilities:
