Job description :
1. Complete and overall responsibility of the Division and its business with P&L accountability.
2. Develop and manage the sales and profitability targets of the division.
3. Establish sales and profitability targets for different regions.
4. Establish budgets and implements cost control measures.
5. Establish performance metrics for customer satisfaction.
6. Develop and implement systems to improve service level efficiency.
7. Develop, manage and monitor cost-efficiency standards and processes across the organization.
8. Ensures market penetration across all regions.
9. Develop and monitor the implementation of business processes in increasing distributor satisfaction and loyalty programs.
10. Develop Sales Commission Scheme & Key Performance Indicators for the Sales force.
11. Works closely with the marketing department to ensure customer focus and consistency in promotional campaigns.
12. Sustain work results by coaching, counseling, and disciplining staff member; planning, monitoring, and appraising job results.
13. Provide business intelligence to the top/ senior management.
