Job description :
1. Develop and implement strategic initiatives for all the stores in the region as per the annual business plan and budget.
2. Deliver regional sales and profitability targets on monthly, quarterly and annual basis.
3. Manage regional cost and remain within the budgetary limits.
4. Forecasts revenue expenses and profitability.
5. Present monthly reports to the management on sales, costs and profitability.
6. Communicate and drive retail policy and strategy across all he store in the region.
7. Recommends new profitable stores location.
8. Recommends non-performing stores for closure.
9. Drives the delivery of customer experience in stores.
10. Participate in the development of retail strategy.
11. Review the regional business performance with the area Managers and store Management team.
12. Improve the customer experience.
13. Provide customer’s feedback regarding beneficial and detrimental practices to the retail head.
14. Influences key business partner to drive and maximize results e.g. human resources, marketing and supply chain etc
15. Review the compensation structure periodically along with the business partner retail HR. to ensure the market competitiveness.
16. Drive best practices across the regional team.
17. Conducts succession planning through store management team.
18. Conducts interview and recommend for recruitment process to fill any vacancy in the region.
