Person with 7-10 experience in fast food and retail operations business and MBA degree are required. Persons need to have strong leadership and supervisory

skills to manager a large team of people effectively. Person needs to be a good trainer, coach and manager. People need to have ability to do business process engineering as

needed. Strong computer and analytical skills are must. Thoroughly familiar with TQM and Advanced Operations Management principles and application. Able to manage 500+ people operations organization and change its course towards effective business benefits
