Job Description :

To assist in teaching the special student within the school and to carry out other associated duties as reasonably assigned.
•Provide support for individual student inside and outside the classroom to enable him to fully participate in activities.
•Work with the teacher in the assessment of the special student.
•Work with other professionals, such as speech therapist and occupational therapists
•Assist in the educational and social development of the student under the direction and guidance of the class teacher and school councilor.
•Assist students' achievements outside of the classroom, e.g., computer lab, library.
•Assist in the implementation of individual education programmers for students and help monitor their progress.
•Facilitate the inclusion of student with disabilities into general education
•Support students with emotional or behavioral problems and help develop their social skill.
•Work with other professionals, such as speech therapist and occupational therapists
