Job Description :

•follow the monthly plan
•Follow up on syllabus delivery to ensure the effectiveness of its goals, objectives and aims.
•ensure quality in educational operation
•participate in preparing and organizing different trips, events and celebration
•Choose and use appropriate teaching aids and supplementary materials effectively in addition to the use of audio visual aids (blackboard, video, tape recorder when necessary).
•Design, prepare, and insure effective use of classroom displays.
•Participate in recommending books for the library or students.
•Set exams accurate model answers.
•Analyze examination results and to make appropriate recommendations.
•evaluate student performance
• assess the needs of students
•Assist and participate in a support program for weak students.
•observe and follow-up physical, academic, or psychological problems of students and participate in solving their problems
•encourage students to participate in extra circular activities and school events in areas of interest
•implement the school discipline statement
•Participate in all activities and character building efforts as warranted
