Job Description :

•Review project schedules for the main contractor and other contractor
•Follow up projects progress as per schedules and contract
•Payment milestone review and release
•Matching between the difference projects
•Prepare schedules for all owner scope activities and follow up
•Get ideas about how to accelerate projects
•Participating of project budget preparation
•Estimating costs for owner scope activities
•Coding the expenditure monthly reports issued from finance team
•Prepare the cost control report monthly including graphical reports
•Make modifications for budget items according to additional requirements
•Get progress reports from all disciplines and make a full summary reports
•Procurement follow up
