Job Description : He should follow up prduction lines efficiencies and performance and lead small activity groups for continuous improvement projects.also he has to monitor the materials usage variance and improvement projects to improve the materials losses
Setting objectives (based on target setting results)
Establish objectives &determine areas for improvement
KPI's
Ensure that factory Kpi's are cascaded down and that Kpi's boards are updated
C I Activities
Co-ordinate the formation of C I teams around improvement initiatives.
Train leaders / facilitors for each C I team
Support actively and co ordinate he implementation of CDM on lines
Train team members in team participation, use of C I tools
Facilitate team in implementation of recommendations/ solutions
Qualitatively assess team performance
Track results of overall C I efforts
Recognition and communication
Develop communication tools for effective communication of C I project status & final results
Ensure of C I groups recognition scheme
Update the general notice boards about C I
Make C I part of new employees induction program
Process improvement initiatives leader
Represent factory in introduction to new P I initiatives
Owner of operation excellence savings in relation with factory controller

Summarize and revise information from the tracking tool
Process owner for updating progress and reporting results
