Job Description :

Job Objective:
Managing Saudi Finance House Company Credit portfolio in order to maximize the business profitably and to ensure the credit policies of the Company are adhered to; collection goals are achieved; and accurate business records and sound bookkeeping procedures are maintained
-1.Overall leadership to promote, manage and control Consumer Finance operations in a very competitive environment.
2.Execute the strategic and operational directions provided by the VP to achieve growth in safe Credit, Installment Sales and efficient Collection Performance.
3.Develop and Execute plans to interact with the customer to gain his goodwill and loyalty while maintaining sound credit and collection control.
4.Responsible to develop the annual Budget and the action plan to meet the VP directions and taking the responsibilities to achieve the sector goals.
5.Setting the Critical Success Indicators (CSI’s) and Key Performance Indicators (KPI’s) for Sales Credit, Installment , Liase and Collection Business.
6.Responsible for achieving the approved net profit in the sector budget through the collective efforts of the sector teams.
7.Create an environment of trust and commitment to enable employees to excel in their performance. Solicit suggestions for continuous improvements.
8.Conduct the Performance evaluations for all personnel in the sector. Provide recommendations for the employees career path development and compensation adjustment based on their performance.
9.Recommend a training plan for all the sector staff in alignment with the career path development
10.Any other tasks assigned by the vice president for the SFH.

-Reporting To: Vice President for SFH
