Job Description : Main Purpose of Job
•Manage the sales force
•Acquire new customers
•Achieve the company targets
-Negotiate contracts with clients
-Co-ordinate deliveries to clients
-Supervise sales team performance in achieving set targets
-Daily meetings with sales team
-Ensure the discipline of field sales executives
-Ensure the cash collection process and credit policy is implemented
-Gather & report all competitor actions
-Increase client base.
-Generate required periodical statistical reports.
