Job Description :

1.Prepares and reports retail financial sales and ensuring accuracy of information on a timely manner.
2.Plans and manages the workload of the retail accounting department to ensure resources are effectively utilized and establishes timetables for reporting to meet deadlines.
3.Follow up and control retail total trade spend and general price reductions and ensure proper accounting recording.
4.Coordinate with SCALA consultants to customize management reports needs.
5.Manage and follow up retail sales cashiers on a daily basis.
6.Conducts performance appraisals for all subordinates in a timely manner.
7.Leads, coaches, develops, and motivates the accounting team effectively to ensure that they achieve their annual targets and improve productivity.
8.Ensures that all trial balances accounts are properly recognized to identify risks (accruals and provisions).
9.Coordinates with external auditors and provide them with all necessary information and analysis.
10.Ensure that internal controls are well implemented effectively and efficiently across the Company and contributes to their continuous improvement.
11.Assist in the budget controlling process .
14.To perform any other duties assigned by the department manager.

Additional Information :

•Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting.
•Fluency in English and Arabic, together with computer literacy in the use of financial software and MS Office.
•At least 5 years experience in a senior finance role in a high growth FMCG companies
