HSE Manager

Job Description :

•Ensure no project shutdowns or delays due to HSE issues
•Ensure that plant will comply with all environmental requirements
.Ensure that all contractors have strong safety programs and that programs are adhered to.
•Identify all regulatory safety and environmental
•Provide written and verbal reports on construction HSE activities to Project Director and others as required requirements and ensure programs are in place to comply with requirements.
•Ensure that all requirements identified are implemented.
•Oversee contractor safety training programs.
•Develop and implement a safety training program for Owner personnel.
•Ensure that all construction wastes are properly managed.
•Identify HSE problems and develop action plans and take necessary action to correct problems.
•Monitor contractor compliance with safety requirements such as PPE, safety meetings, lock out tag out, confined space entry programs, etc.
•Identify necessary safety supplies and ensure they are stocked.
