Q1. How do I sign up?

You can sign up on any page through the REGISTER AS box at the top right hand side of the page. Click on the blue 'Register As' and follow the instructions.

Q2. Where do I log in?

You can log in through the Home Page through USER LOGIN at the top left hand side of the pages. Choose whether you are a Jobseeker or Employer, Enter your username and password and click on the Login button.

Q3. Do you hire people on a part-time basis?

Yes, however, there are very few part-time openings.

Q4. Does Premier consider candidates residing outside EGYPT for all positions?

Yes, Premier considers both local & international residents.

Q5. How much do the Agencies charge for their services?

Premier does not charge employees for any services at all.

Q6. How do I apply?

Online Application: Go to www.premieregypt.com . Once you have created your application, you can use it to apply for multiple recruitments.

Q7. May I use an email address that I share with someone else?

No. You must have your own email address to ensure that your information is secure and that any employment-related correspondence is sent only to you.

Q8. If I forget my Password. Can you help me, and if not, what can I do?

We do not have access to your account information. If you have forgotten your password, Press forget password ? Link when prompted to sign in, and you will receive an email response informing you.

Q9. How do I learn about the minimum qualifications of a position?

Go to Link JOB SEARCH, which lists the minimum qualification requirements. Review the announcement carefully, noting the location, minimum qualification requirements, and any other special requirements. This will help you to avoid applying for jobs that may not interest you, or for which you may not qualify.

Q10. Do I need to complete a new application for every position?

You can use the same application to apply for multiple positions.

Q11. Is there a limit to the number of job applications I can submit?

No.

Q12. May I submit a resume with my online application?

Yes, the application contains specific information necessary for proper evaluation and processing. You can attach it as a Word, PDF, Plain Text, or Rich Text document

Q13. How do I change my name, password or email address?

Once you log in to your account, you will be able to edit your data:- A.To EDIT your Resume, directly press EDIT CV. You may make updates at any time. B.To Change your password, directly press Change my password.

Q14. What happens when I am selected for a job?

Once you are selected, you are kindly requested to inform your account holder in Premier either by phone or by email.

Q15. Is there a probationary period?

Yes. Every new employee hired will be placed on a Three-month initial probationary appointment. A probationary period may be extended beyond the six-month period if it is required to fully evaluate the new employee.

Q1. Are your searches backed by a guarantee?

A. Premier Services & Recruitment guarantees the placement of an employee for 90 days. If, for any reason other than a lay-off or a substantial job change, the employee leaves your employment before 90 days, Premier Services & Recruitment will replace that employee in the same position at no additional charge.

Q3. How long do direct hire searches usually take?

A. Resumes are presented to you within 1 week. A search typically takes between2 to 3 days.

Q5. Can I post my job confidentially?

Yes. Once you have created your account with Premier Services & Recruitment, Yes, You can submit your resume / online application confidentially, which shall be viewed only via Premier Staff.

Q6. Do you keep track of how many new jobs we've created?

Yes. Premier Services & Recruitment manages the Egypt's and the Middle East largest searchable database of career-level job postings. We use this data to identify fast-growing employers in various industries and to compare hiring levels at different companies within the same industry. Information on the number of new jobs you've created is also supplied to us on your account

Q7. Do you survey our employers to see how satisfied they are?

An employer questionnaire survey procedure is provided after completing our recruitment process. Our objective is to bring to light innovative HR practices that raise the bar for all employers.

Q8. Do you provide feedback to unsuccessful employees?

Yes. Definitely, we do send Regret Letters via email, especially for key positions for unsuccessful employees. We believe strongly that our employer must have a complete understanding of why each employee was not selected.

Q9. Do you offer consulting services to help us become a better employer?

Yes. Definitely, we do offer consulting services (Against Fees) in many ways and categories:-
- HR Consultancy.
- Training…
- Salary Surveys.
- Job Evaluations Analysis…. Etc.

Q10. Can I Edit the Job Request?

Definitely, the employer contact information can be edited only through the Employer himself, and at any time... (I.e. Address, Tel No. …Etc…). But for the Job Request itself, the employer has to contact us to change or edit the requirement of the Job.

Q11. Can I Cancel the Job Request?

Yes, you can, but you have to mention the reason behind your cancellation.

Q12. How can I Search in Data Bank and choose the right Caliber?

You have 2 ways of searching as follows:-
1- Through Premier:
Premier will assign an account holder in order to handle and deal with your request.
2- Through Search:
You can search by your kind self in a resume search, and be able to select the most suitable Job seekers for your esteemed organization.

Q13. What search options do I have to search by?

After you log in to your account, you can go to Job Search OR Vacancies or check our daily updated Job Postings on the Home Page

Q14. Can I sort the search results of the selected candidates while searching for them?

Yes. You may sort the search result by salary, relevant experience or education level.

Q15. What should I do if there is no candidate meeting the search criteria while searching for candidates?

Yes. You may click "Back" to the search Page in order to relax the search criteria.
