Job description :
Handles office operations and HR as well as acts as the interface & liaison with 3rd parties responsible Financial & Legal services
Handles all services payments with clients & companies including refunds
Manages all accounting & booking keeping matters in alignment with the consultancy firm
HR & Administration:
Handles recruitment, Comp. & Ben., training & performance, etc.
Manages admin. team day-to-day activities
Manages & tracks all clients legal documents including contracts, option agreements, MOUs, etc.
Ensures proper alignment, follow-up & closure of business requests with the external consultant in regard to all legal matters including contracts signage, legal amendments, rights registration
Allocates & assign projects based on identified planned or running projects (films, series, etc.)
Kick-offs projects, involving internal & external relevant stakeholders
Develops & communicates projects plans to teams members ensuring sharing regular updates & plans changes
Ensures projects timelines are met as planned, highlighting progress & risks on a regular basis to management team
