Reporting To: Marketing Director
Scope of the Job
Improve the quality and increase the potential FGP of innovations. Assure that enough new innovation concepts with high potential are developed in order to have a full innovation funnel year on year.
•Develop innovation strategy in cooperation with marketing and sales.
•Develop proven innovation concepts that are ready to be implemented (enter the Innovation Funnel) by brand teams or a project team. Innovation
•concepts should be developed based on the Global front-end methodology.
•Align with, and get buy-in from marketing and sales for new developed concepts.
•Set priorities for innovation development based on FGP potential.
•Contact person for Global innovation development (e.g. Cider, Radler, Global Brands).
•Present on a regular basis to brand teams new innovation trends and Global innovation projects.
•Assure and align with Supply Chain that enough resources are available. Plan when new concept can enter the funnel.
•Project manager for innovations that cannot (yet) be allocated to one of the brand teams.
•First contact person to innovation coordinator, who is responsible for the administrative process of the innovations in the innovation funnel.
•Align with CMI manager for required front-end research.
•Job holder cooperates with multidisciplinary teams within the OpCo to achieve projects objectives.
•Job holder manages and coaches effectively his/her brand team to achieve brand objectives.
•Job holder manages external agencies and suppliers to deliver quality work on time in full.
•Job holder to keep manager informed at all times through timely and transparent communication.
- MBA is a Plus.
•Not less than 3 to 5 years experience in brand management.
•Previous experience in a multinational company
