Job description :
1. Provides information on the Company and all of its components, tourist information, and shopping center information to callers, visitors and tenants.
2. Monitor activates in the shopping center to ensure all visitors enjoy a pleasant experience and attends to the center retailer enquiries and needs as required.
3. Assists in the coordination and implementation of promotional and tourist activities.
4. Participates in updating and maintaining customer databases.+
5. Attends to tenant and visitor complaints or suggestions and communicates it to the appropriate department and follows up to ensure prompt response and appropriate actions have been taken.
6. Responsible for compiling statistical information from surveys of customers, tenants and suggestion boxes. Follow up the implementation of such questionnaire and analyses the obtained data to recommend required actions.
