• Initiate Outbound calls by offering our service to customers and answer their questions and inquiries via phones and e-mails
• Determine customer needs and provides you with the best solutions the real estate industry demands.
• Assisting sales associates with administrative needs, entering sales and closings into document management system
• Update the database with the possible changes and the customers\\\' status
• Setting up offices sales files, maintaining office equipment and inventory
• Assisting agents with personal marketing and registration into company websites teaching agents how to use the tools.
• Bachelor\\\'s Degree is A must
• Language school graduate
• Excellent Command of English Language
• Very Good knowledge with Microsoft packages
