Job description :


• Review analyse and plan a new organizational chart that serve well the HyperOne current operation and address the future expansion needs within a comprehensive manpower planning initiative
• Develop and produce an organization manual describing the core objectives, and scope by setting the main duties and responsibilities and the key results areas and work communications required from each department
• Develop and supervise the implementation of a human resources management system at HyperOne
• Re Visit and improve the current Job Analysis & Job Descriptions, develop, implement and follow up on the standard operating procedures for every Job
• Identify weaknesses and areas of development for every Job within the organization
• Eliminate job redundancy and overlapping functionality within the current setup
• Address, plan and conduct an ongoing training for all the jobs and functions
• Conduct Salaries Market surveys to determine the wages and salaries for every position
• Implement an ongoing performance appraisals measured according the pre-set KPIs for every job
• Conduct periodical organization business climate surveys
• Supervise the personnel administrative function
