Job description :

• Responsible for overseeing all aspects of sales, sales associate performance, operations, financial performance and implementing individual and team goals.
• Maintain a clean and attractive showroom appearance that will enhance sales.
• Follow up on Late invoices collecting and reviewing the status of term clients against the list sent from the Accounting department
• Track sales reports, make predictions about future sales and oversee how sales are marketed and made both by themselves and their employees.
• Review inventory and sales records to prepare reports for management and budget departments.
• assess Inventory stock and reorder when inventory drops to a specified level
• Assign employees to specific duties.
• Examine merchandise to ensure that it is correctly priced and displayed and that it functions as advertised.
• Demonstrate and ensure a sales approach and level of service that will attract and retain long term customers
• Provide customer service by greeting and assisting customers, and responding to customer inquiries and complaints.
• Listen attentively to customer complaints and forward them to the customer service attendant.
• Direct and supervise employees engaged in sales, inventory-taking, reconciling cash receipts, or in performing services for customers.
• Instruct staff on how to handle difficult and complicated sales situations.
• Monitor sales activities to ensure that customers receive satisfactory service and quality goods.
• Plan and prepare work schedules and keep records of employees\' work schedules and time cards.
• Establish and implement policies, goals, objectives, and procedures for their department.
• Examine products purchased for resale or received for storage to assess the condition of each product or item.
• Estimate consumer demand and determine the types and amounts of goods to be sold.
• Managers need to be very well-versed in the product they are selling so that they can effectively answer and assist any customer question or concern.
