-DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
•Provides advanced technical applications expertise and advice to business unit owners, IT leaders, project teams, and other support teams.
•Provides assigned application solutions and set-ups that support the business processes where possible.
•Conducts analysis of potential solutions; diagrams and documents solutions.
•Identifies gaps in the application functionality and provide solutions.
•Analysis and evaluates applications; provides technical direction and recommendations to improve application utilization.
•Provides existing project processes and deliverables to shorten the project life cycle, where applicable.
•Transfers application knowledge to the implementation team Participates in solution design and Reports Interfaces Conversions.
•Extensions Workflow development reviews.
•Performs cost/benefit analysis when investigating purchase and development decisions
•Coaches less experienced team members on solution and documentation methodologies.
•Understands business and applications for consultation.
•Champions the use of Six Sigma to reduce costs and improve processes.
•Provides functional expertise for the assigned applications to all Business Units globally.
•Performs and document testing of new releases of the assigned applications.
•Has responsibility for technical functional specifications for assigned projects.
•Works with application supplier support and in-house support to fix software bugs and escalated issues.
•Develops expertise in emerging application functionality Interfaces with technical and in-house customer support staff to determine nature of non-routine and moderately complex problems and issues.
•Participates in the user forums.
•Provides Conference Room Pilot (CRPs) guidelines and facilitation.
•Understands required integration with other applications - Financials, E-commerce, Leads resolution to gaps that involve multiple systems inconsistencies functionality globally and regionally.
•Participates in regular project status reviews.
•Supports the implementation readiness review process.
•Implements remedial fixes and procedures for end users

-Education & Qualification Requirements:
•Experience with Oracle EBS Release 12 (R12).
•Consulting background with recent client facing experience
•5 Years+ experience in implementing Oracle Applications is required, preferably in the Supply Chain Management or OTM / Financials/ HRMS / EAM.
•Oracle functional knowledge in the following areas is preferable: inventory, purchasing, supply chain and demand management.
•Demonstrable knowledge of key supply chain planning concepts.
•Demonstrable communication skills in dealing with peers, colleagues and senior leadership.
•Six Sigma Green Belt or can demonstrate working towards it.
•Application Development Security - Understanding of secure programming concepts, common software vulnerabilities and methods to test for them
•Application Prototyping and Simulation - Familiarity with the process of using proof of concept approaches to determine if the solution is the best solution before committing significant resource to a full implementation.
•Software Development Methodologies - Knowledge of fundamental tasks in design and creation of software products and ability to apply those principles in day-to-day work.
•Systems Analysis - The ability to investigate, understand, and document IT systems, including business processes and technical integrations, and the ability to evaluate the technology and practicality of a business problem and proposed solution.
•Architecture Application Design - Knowledge of and experience with activities, tools and techniques for converting business requirements and logical models into a technical application design
•Solution Verification (Process) - The ability to verify that the configuration item changes and/or solutions development processes, best practices, and standards are adhered to (repeatable) and deliverables are completed with the expected level of quality (reproducibility).
