Job description :
1.Maintain a smooth integrated maintenance system from the receipt of the product or service request up to the delivery of product or service.
2.Follow up the guarantee & warranty service with customer and supplier.
3.Monitor the spare parts stock level and maintain a balanced stock.
4.Monitor technician and workshop supervisor’s efficiency and increase it.
5.Review repair and maintenance statistics and test results to ensure quality of jobs completed.
6.Assure proper maintenance work flow to satisfy customers.
7.Set up a maintenance price list considering cost of equipments used, technician working hours.
8.Develop, implement, and evaluate maintenance policies and procedures.
9.Develop new workshop in any area when necessary.
10.Develop the maintenance team by hiring and training them.
11.Provide all workshops and technicians with the necessary equipment and ensure all equipments used are in good working condition.
12.Review the repair procedures and improve them.
13.Provide training to the technicians and improve their repair skills.
14.Conduct customer satisfaction survey and increase it.
15.Set up the safety policies and ensure that technicians follow it.
16.Prepare a periodic report to CEO.
